Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an English Communication and Grammar Instructor for engineering students. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a strong grasp of grammar, and the ability to effectively teach and engage engineering students.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct English communication and grammar classes for engineering students, focusing on enhancing their language skills.
2. Develop and implement lesson plans, instructional materials, and activities to meet the specific needs of engineering students.
3. Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages active participation and student interaction.
4. Evaluate students’ language proficiency, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback.
5. Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and levels of proficiency.
6. Keep up-to-date with advancements in language teaching methodologies and integrate innovative approaches into the curriculum.
7. Collaborate with other instructors and faculty members to enhance the overall English language learning experience for engineering students.
8. Monitor and track student progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare progress reports as required.
9. Provide guidance and support to students outside of class time, addressing their individual language needs and concerns.
10. Stay informed about industry trends and developments related to engineering and incorporate relevant content into the curriculum.

Requirements:
1. Fluent in English communication with a strong command of spoken and written English.
2. Excellent grasp of English grammar and the ability to effectively teach it to engineering students.
3. Minimum education qualification of a B.Tech degree or students who are currently in their final year.
4. Prior experience in teaching English communication and grammar, particularly to engineering students, is preferred but not mandatory.
5. Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
7. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
8. Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and levels of proficiency.
9. Familiarity with language teaching methodologies, resources, and technologies.
10. Knowledge of engineering terminology and concepts is a plus.

Salary:
If you meet the above requirements and are passionate about teaching English communication and grammar to engineering students, we encourage you to apply for this position. It’s a contract-based project with a four-month timeline, Where you will undergo training for the first month after joining with a stipend of INR 20,000/-. Next, you will be assigned to a training project for the next consecutive three months with a salary of INR 30,000/- each month.
