Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Technical Skills Instructor to join our team and provide comprehensive instruction to engineering students. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a strong command of technical concepts such as core programming, object-oriented programming, data structures, and dynamic
programming, and the ability to effectively teach and engage students in these subjects.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct classes on technical skills, including core programming, object-oriented programming, data structures, and dynamic programming, for engineering students.
2. Design and deliver well-structured lesson plans, instructional materials, and practical exercises to enhance students’ understanding and proficiency.
3. Create an engaging and interactive learning environment that encourages students to apply their knowledge to real-world scenarios.
4. Assess students’ comprehension and progress, provide constructive feedback, and offer additional support to address knowledge gaps.
5. Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and levels of proficiency.
6. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to technical skills and integrate relevant content into the curriculum.
7. Collaborate with other instructors and faculty members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive learning experience for students.
8. Monitor and track student progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare progress reports as required.
9. Provide guidance and mentorship to students, addressing their individual technical skill needs and concerns.
10. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

Requirements:
1. Strong English communication skills.
2. Excellent knowledge and understanding of technical skills, including core programming, object-oriented programming, data structures, and dynamic programming.
3. Minimum education qualification of a B.Tech degree or students who are currently in their final year.
4. Prior experience in teaching technical skills to engineering students is preferred.
5. Proficient in delivering complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
6. Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
7. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
8. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
9. Familiarity with teaching methodologies, resources, and technologies relevant to technical skills instruction.
10. Up-to-date knowledge of industry-standard programming languages and frameworks.

Salary:
If you meet the above requirements and are passionate about teaching technical skills to engineering students, we encourage you to apply for this position. It’s a contract-based project with a four-month timeline, Where you will undergo training for the first month after joining with a stipend of INR 20,000/-. Next, you will be assigned to a training project for the next consecutive three months with a salary of INR 30,000/- each month.
