Description:
We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Aptitude Instructor to join our team and provide guidance to engineering students. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a strong grasp of aptitude concepts, and the ability to effectively teach and engage students in quantitative and qualitative reasoning.


Responsibilities:
1. Conduct aptitude classes for engineering students, focusing on quantitative and qualitative reasoning skills.
2. Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and activities to enhance students’ aptitude skills.
3. Create a stimulating and interactive learning environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
4. Assess students’ aptitude levels, identify areas of improvement, and provide personalized feedback and guidance.
5. Adapt teaching methods and materials to cater to different learning styles and levels of proficiency.
6. Stay updated with the latest aptitude trends, methodologies, and resources to incorporate into the curriculum.
7. Collaborate with other instructors and faculty members to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for students.
8. Monitor and track student progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare progress reports as necessary.
9. Provide one-on-one support and mentoring to students, addressing their individual aptitude-related needs and concerns.
10. Stay informed about industry requirements and incorporate relevant content and strategies into the curriculum.


Requirements:
1. Fluent in English communication with excellent verbal and written skills.
2. Strong knowledge and understanding of aptitude concepts, particularly in quantitative and qualitative reasoning.
3. Minimum education qualification of a B.Tech degree or students who are currently in their final year.
4. Prior experience in teaching aptitude, preferably to engineering students, is a plus.
5. Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
6. Proficient in designing and delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
9. Familiarity with aptitude teaching methodologies, resources, and technologies.
10. Knowledge of engineering-related aptitude topics and problem-solving techniques is desirable.


Salary:
If you meet the above requirements and are passionate about teaching aptitude skills to engineering students, we encourage you to apply for this position. It’s a contract-based project with a four-month timeline, Where you will undergo training for the first month after joining with a stipend of INR 20,000/-. Next, you will be assigned to a training project for the next consecutive three months with a salary of INR 30,000/- each month.
